Do I need to install an app to get notifications?
No. Notifications work in any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. Just keep your ShopexHub dashboard open and the sound and screen alerts fire automatically.
What if I miss a notification?
Unconfirmed orders remain in your queue and the tab badge shows the count. The alert repeats at a configurable interval until you confirm the order.
Can multiple devices receive notifications at the same time?
Yes. Open the dashboard on as many devices as you want — all of them receive the notification simultaneously. Confirming on any one device clears it on all others.
