Do I need a website to use online ordering?
No. ShopexHub gives you an ordering page at yourbrand.shopexhub.be from day one. You can upgrade to a custom domain later. Most restaurants are live within an hour.
What does ShopexHub charge per order?
ShopexHub charges a small transaction fee per order — see the pricing page for your plan. This is significantly lower than delivery platforms which take 15–30% per order. Stripe's payment processing fee also applies (approximately 1.4% + €0.25 for European cards).
Can I set delivery zones and fees?
Yes. Configure delivery radius, minimum order amount, and delivery fee from your dashboard.
How do customers pay?
Bancontact and all major credit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely and deposited to your bank account.
What if I already use a delivery platform?
You can run both in parallel. Many restaurants start by offering a discount for direct orders to shift customers over time — saving the commission on every repeat order.
